Today was powerful. Why you ask…..
For many,many reasons. I’ll highlight the few. . I woke with a determination. I woke with a desire to help, encourage, uplift, inspire, motivate, lead…. I woke with my getter done spirit!
Every morning my prayer goes a little something like this – dear Lord thank you for giving me this day. I pray that you lead me. I am so thankful for another beautiful day. I say this when I am tired or when the kids are screaming mommy mommy, or jumping up because I only have a few min to get out the door. Every day is a precious gift.
Next: Cameron went to the dentist this afternoon. I sat there talking with the sweet lady working on his teeth. She said this is my last day. My mind went to the time. The time we spend at work. The time we spend with our family. The time we spend with friends. I looked at my son and gave him a big huge kiss on his forehead. We had a mommy/son date this afternoon (to and from the dentist) and at the dentist! We both loved every second. He was so strong while they cleaned his teeth and had a big smile on his face after. Cherish every single moment with your loved ones. I stopped everything while at the dentist and fully focused on Cameron. It was our bonding time. Thankful for our mommy and Cammy date today.
Lunch @ Panera – Talk about STRONG! I ran into a good friend. Her name is Soad and she works with me at the JCC. She came right up and gave me a hug. She’s a cancer survivor and such a strong woman! I was really thankful to bond with her today. Her attitude, her smile, her hugs, kind words. It was all truly inspiring.
This evening I worked on updating Boost Fitness programs! When I tell you I have big plans. I really truly mean it! Boost Fitness will touch so many peoples lives. It’s amazing to hear all of your feed back. I will be adding your testimonials to this blog soon!
The reason I post tonight – right now is to encourage all of you to BE STRONG/BE COURAGEOUS! Let’s change the world.
